These Terms & Conditions govern your engagement with LegandLaw for legal services. By instructing us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Services are provided by LegandLaw in accordance with Malaysian law and professional conduct standards.
Fees are quoted based on service scope and complexity. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance. Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
All communications and information disclosed to LegandLaw are treated as confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. We do not disclose client information without express written consent, except as required by law.
LegandLaw's total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Professional indemnity insurance covers our services.
Either party may terminate engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due. We may retain client documents as security for unpaid fees, subject to legal obligations.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. We encourage resolution through negotiation before litigation.

LegandLaw reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect 30 days after publication. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
